In 1985 I started The Furniture Restoration Company and my steady progression has been sustained by undertaking restoration work for many leading antique dealers, locally and throughout the North West of the UK.

For those on the Wirral I can arrange to visit to give you an assessment of the best options for a restoration project. I can also give you an idea of the likely timescales and costs involved with the restoration process.
I specialise in cleaning, stripping down by hand and re-finishing items of furniture (see gallery page). I also offer an upcycling service, specialising in the painting of furniture.
Furniture repair
Furniture repairs are another of my specialities. For all types of furniture, both old and modern, I can put the pieces back after an unexpected accident, or repair the wear and tear of the years.
I undertake many different types of repairs and for customers in Wirral I can arrange to collect, repair and return as required.
